Ian phoned me.

They have LCD's which we can use. They have speakers and a sound system.

They don't have a mic, projector or screen.

They can fit 80 easily.

Buffet menu seems pretty standard, some red meat, some chicken, some
vegetarian dish, veggies, salad, roast potato etc.

Some basic pizza breads to start.

Cheese cakes for dessert.
