[GeekDinner-planning] Request for wine sponsorship: Draft document

Hi Jonathan

I think backups are a fine idea but wine23.co.za is going to be regarded as
competition and as such think its probably best if they are left well out of
the picture until getwine.co.za officially resigns as Geek dinner wine
sponsor.

Lastly, a mention on venue. I searched high and low for a venue happy to let
me bring my own sponsored wine (food ranging from canopes to elaborate
menu's had to be provided by venue) and that could cater for anywhere from
50 through to 350 people, would be able to meet needs such as video
conferencing and had sufficient parking whilst still being central for most
people - I found the River Club (
http://www.riverclub.co.za/conference/rooms/) and suggest they are kept in
mind for future functions, the rates were very reasonable.
