Well, we only really need two set menus.  We don't need five separate ones.

One set menu is:

Choose 1 of 2 starters (one vege)
Choose 1 of steak/chicken/fish/vege main
Choose 1 of 2 desserts

The other set menu is the "student" set menu.

I don't have a strong feeling, particularly, except that it has worked
up until now.
