I don't think this will suit us.

There are two separate issues:

1. We have a small number of people who might want a cheaper meal 
option. The majority of the people are going to want steak etc. This is 
therefore not an issue.

2. We have a wine sponsor and we feel that 80 pax on a week night should 
  be able to justify waiving the corkage on 20 bottles. I assure you 
that you that a lot of additional wine/alcohol will be purchased.

I hope you can see the value in introducing 80 new people to Krugmann's 
and the subsequent exposure that the restaurant will get.

Please let me know if we can make an arrangement.
