Hi all,

The first GeekDinner of Twenty-Ten is but hours away! Approximately 51.7
hours! That's more than a weekend but less than one of those slightly longer
weekends where you have an inexplicable cold on both the Friday and Monday
and have to go to a little cottage in the Karoo to sort it out.

If you've accidentally become incapacitated, incarcerated, or, umm, Incan,
between signing up and now, please remove your name from the list on the
Wiki so that others can take your hard-won place (unless, of course, you can
convince your doctor, prison officer or high priest to give you some time
off). Also, if you're adverse to meat products, please mark your name on the
list with a "V". If you really really LOVE meat products, put down two "V"s
and then turn them upside-down so they look like a "M" and then make
yourself a special hat to wear on the night.

We're still looking for someone to make Slideshow Karaoke slides, by the
way. The position comes packed with fame, fortune, and an aura of intense
sexual attraction to your desired gender. Applications are open.

Final reminder: dinner is on Wednesday 27th from around 6:30pm, at the Wild
Fig in Observatory. Check the wiki for directions.
